❗ New 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Effective from 1st December
To help us manage the huge December demand, we’re moving from a 24-hour to a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. This means:
- You must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment.
- Appointment reminders will now be sent 72 hours before your booking, giving you an extra day to let us know if you need to make changes.
If you can give us even more than 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment, we would be extremely grateful. As a small business, it’s so important to us that we have as much opportunity as possible to keep our appointment book busy but the reality is that last minute availability can be so difficult for us to fill.

Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled — particularly if we cannot reach you by phone or if we need to make therapist cover changes due to sickness.
In the unfortunate circumstance of therapist sickness, unconfirmed appointments will be the first ones we cancel out as we work quickly to ensure we can still accommodate everyone who we know to be definitely attending.
Please note that no reply to our reminder SMS does not constitute cancellation of your appointment. Unless you have explicitly cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice (and you have received confirmation of this by email), failure to show up to your appointment will result in you being charged.
❗ Pre-Payment Required for All December Appointments
To secure your booking during our busiest month, December appointments must be prepaid in full.
✔ You can still cancel or reschedule without charge as long as you give 48 hours’ notice.
✘ No-shows or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
We really appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us protect our therapists’ time and ensures we can offer as many appointments as possible throughout the festive rush.

Attend your appointment in December.

Before leaving the salon, rebook your January AND February appointments.
(You can still move them later — just give us 48 hours’ notice.)

To make sure we can fit everyone in, we’ve added extra salon days:
Tuesday 16th December — 9:00am to 4:30pm
Friday 19th December — 9:00am to 7:00pm
Monday 22nd December — 8:30am to 3:30pm
Tuesday 23rd December — 9:00am to 5:00pm
We will then collapse in a festive heap at 2:30pm on Christmas Eve 🎄💖
