We all know that getting your bits out in front of a stranger can be a scary thought but the tongue-in-cheek branding and friendly atmosphere makes you feel at ease straight away, especially when compared to far more clinical or spa-like salons. She is very though and personable, I am very impressed with her care in waxing me and in the communication skills she processes. NKD are very fortunate to have her as a member of staff. Venesia does this, we talk about make up, holidays and I feel able to confide in her about my transition.

The salon is beautifully decorated, it has a lot of character and they send the most hilarious emails about updates and new products. They have a good sense of humour which is reflected through their signs and information posters in the salon, emails and great staff. I think they have a strong identity and I wouldn’t go anywhere else whilst I’m in Leicester 🙂

As a wax virgin I was a bit nervous but my therapist Emma made me feel really comfortable. She was professional, chatty and always checked I was okay throughout. Also, the online booking system was really simple and I loved that I could book in early evening time as I could come after work. Finally, as a new guest if I rebooked after my first treatment then my third treatment is free which is amazing!(10/10)
