Came in for my regular appointment, had Layla this time, really friendly and caring, all the girls are, they are professional and great with each person really listening, if like me you are a talker, and they remember you and ask genuine how are you questions, not just how are you? but, hello, did you get that job you were going for? She is very though and personable, I am very impressed with her care in waxing me and in the communication skills she processes. NKD are very fortunate to have her as a member of staff. Venesia does this, we talk about make up, holidays and I feel able to confide in her about my transition.

As a wax virgin I was a bit nervous but my therapist Emma made me feel really comfortable. She was professional, chatty and always checked I was okay throughout. Also, the online booking system was really simple and I loved that I could book in early evening time as I could come after work.
