nkd is hugely excited and flattered to have been named as ‘Employer of the Year’ Finalist in the much-prized Professional Beauty 2018 Awards.
This is the second year running that we have made it to the finals of this esteemed category in these highly prestigious national beauty awards. In the Professional Beauty 2017 Awards, nkd was a finalist in both “Employer of the Year” and “Large Salon of the Year”.
The 2018 finalists for Large Salon of the Year are yet to be announced, so we’ve got our fingers crossed for that one as well.
The shortlist for all national categories was decided following written entries, which were scored by a panel of independent industry judges. Those with the highest combined score made the finals. All finalists will now go on to the second-round process which varies depending on category but involves judging visits, trade tests and interviews. The Professional Beauty Awards are considered the crème de la crème of the UK’s national beauty awards.
The winners will be announced at a black-tie dinner in February 2018 in London. Wish us luck!!
