Alongside our waxing expertise, brows are in our blood at nkd. We have waxed, threaded, tweezed, trimmed, tidied, tinted, Henna-ed and HD Browed tens of thousands of them in our Nottingham and Leicester Lash & Brow Bars over the years.
We’re constantly looking at new treatments for our clients. That said, we don’t “do” faddy trends and we want you to be confident that nkd only offers a premium brow service.
We were therefore very excited to start offering BROW LAMINATION in both our Leicester and Nottingham city centre waxing and beauty salons back in 2020, carried out by our highly-trained and incredibly-passionate therapists.
So, what is Brow Lamination and why do we think it’s the best thing since sliced, uh, brows? A bit like our lash lift treatment this brow treat delivers fuller brows which reduces the need for make-up. Essentially the treatment involves straightening and lifting the brow hairs using a chemical solution (which is why a patch test is needed) – this is why you can cover patchy or uneven areas by teasing the brow hairs into shape. Once the perfect shape has been created a fixing solution is applied which allows the results to last 4-6 weeks.
Brow Lamination is great for anyone who has unruly hairs that go in different directions, have a lack of shape or uneven hair growth or have gaps from over plucking/waxing in the past.
The treatment takes around 40 minutes to complete and a single treatment costs just £43
