Buy 9 Treatments Get 2 Free

The majority of our regular waxing clients choose to sign up to a Buy 9 Get 2 Treatments Free Package. This is because our best-selling package is a no-brainer for anyone who loves the feel of smooth, soft, silky hair-free skin all year round. It’s also amazing for keeping those lashes and brows on point, whatever the weather.

The Buy 9 Get 2 Free package works like this;

You decide which specific treatment type (or combination of treatments) you want to commit to, regularly. For example, for women this could be a Hollywood, half-leg and underarm wax with Bespoke Brows, and for our male clients, an upper body (full back and chest) wax.
You purchase a bundle of 11 of the same kind of treatments – but you only pay for 9 of them. This means that 2 of the 11 treatments purchased are completely free
All Buy 9 Get 2 Free Packages are valid for 24 months. So although we recommend that for the best results, you visit us every 4 – 5 weeks (or every 6 – 8 weeks for Brow Lamination and Lash Lift) you have a total 2 years in which to use your 11 treatments.
You decide whether to purchase the package of 11 treatments all in one go (upfront) or whether to spread the cost over 11 equal monthly instalments. Paying upfront will give you the absolute cheapest way of paying for your treatments. Spreading the cost of 11 months will add around 10% in cost (but still works out considerably cheaper than paying for your treatments on a Pay as you Go basis).
If you choose to pay for your treatments in monthly instalments, then a fixed amount will be debited from you on the same date each month for 11 months – regardless of when you visit. You will have a total of 2 years in which to use these 11 treatments paid for.
Some of our packages are available to buy upfront from our website. If you wish to pay for your package by Monthly Instalment, this has to be administered in-salon, or over the phone. You can either contact us ahead of your appointment so we can get your package all set up for you ahead of your visit, or we can also sort it on the day of your appointment.

(note – it is not possible to mix and match treatments as you go on these package types. E.g. you can’t buy a package and have a Hollywood and HD Brows one month and a Brazilian and Bespoke Brows the next month)

I don’t do maths, tell me what that means in £££.

We get it, percentages don’t mean a lot so let’s get relatable by showing you the cost saving on a single treatment… we’ll use our most popular treatment – the female Hollywood/Brazilian wax as an example.

The pay as you go price for this particular treatment is £37. So, if you decide to just pay on each visit, each Hollywood/Brazilian wax would cost you £37.
BUT if you were to buy a bundle of 9 Brazilian or Hollywood waxes upfront, then we would throw in an extra two for free. The cost of this package – to pay in one go – is £330 – meaning that each treatment would end up costing you just £30 per visit, instead of £37.

OR if you wanted to pay for your Buy 9 Get 2 Free package across 11 Monthly Instalments, then we would add a 10% surcharge to the package price, meaning that you would pay £33 per treatment – which is still a sizeable saving on the £37 Pay as you Go price when you add the cost difference up over 11 treatments!

Buy 6 Treatments Get 1 Free

Do 11 appointments (which is basically a whole year worth of pampering) sound like a bit too much commitment? You still want savings but without the long-term tie in? Then our Buy 6 Get 1 Free is for you!

Buy 6 Get 1 Free works in exactly the same way as Buy 9 Get 2 Free but with a slightly lesser commitment and slightly lesser savings. Again, you can either buy this package upfront, or you can pay across 7 equal Monthly Instalments.

Remember that these packages are available across any type or combination of treatments, which means super-savings across your waxing, brows and lashes.

Let’s show that that cost saving on a single treatment again… we’ll use our most popular treatment – the female Hollywood/Brazilian wax as an example.

The pay as you go price for this treatment is £37. If you were to pay up front for our Buy 6 get 1 free package, then you would be getting each wax for just £31.71. If you opted for the monthly payment option, then this would be a cost of £34.89.

Package FAQs

Can I mix and match treatment types on packages or Wax Virgin?

Unfortunately not, no. Because the price of our different treatments vary so much (depending on the time it takes to remove the hair or carry out your treatment, the amount of product used, and the nature of the service), it is impossible to mix and match treatment types on money-saving packages like these.

Can I buy my package or Wax Virgin Programme online?

You can purchase certain Buy 9 Get 2 Free or Buy 6 Get 1 Free Packages on an upfront basis online here on our webstore. Please note, however, that after purchasing your package, you will still need to go online and book in your appointment (purchasing the package and booking the appointment are separate to each other).

Likewise with Wax Virgin, you can buy your Wax Virgin Programme online for certain (but not all) treatment types, and then you would need to go back and book your appointment.

You will not see every treatment available to buy as a package or Wax Virgin online, nor every combination of treatment, seeing as there would simply be too many to list. Please speak to us in salon, or over the phone, if you would like us to administer your purchase for you.

I’ve purchased a package/ a Wax Virgin Programme but your webstore is still trying to charge me for my appointment and I don’t want to pay again!

A pre-requisite of our webstore/app is that the system collects and securely stores up-to-date debit or credit card details from every client who wishes to secure an appointment. However, the system never takes payment at the point of booking. So if you are trying to book online but are on a Package or Wax Virgin and don’t want to pay again, please go ahead and complete your booking – the system will collect your payment details but will NOT take payment. Instead, we will redeem your package or Wax Virgin credit on completion of your appointment.

Does your 24-hour cancellation and appointment change policy apply to package and Wax Virgin appointments?

Yes, in all instances we require a minimum (and more time if possible please) of 24 hours if you need to cancel or change your appointment, so that we have time to fill your slot with another paying client. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice and we do not manage to fil your slot with another paying client, we will debit one of your package or Wax Virgin credits from your account, as if your treatment had gone ahead. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Are there any Treatment Types which are NOT Available on Package or Wax Virgin?

All treatments offered at nkd are available to purchase on either a Buy 9 Get 2 Free or Buy 6 Get 1 Free Basis. Likewise any combination of treatments are also available on these packages. You will not see every treatment available to buy as a package or Wax Virgin online, nor every combination of treatment, seeing as there would simply be too many to list. Please speak to us in salon, or over the phone, if you would like us to administer your purchase for you. Our Wax Virgin Programme, on the other hand, is only available on certain waxing treatments and combination of treatments. Wax Virgin is not available for the majority of lash & brow treatments, as its name suggests.

Do I have to visit every 4 – 5 weeks if I sign up to a package or Wax Virgin?

Buy 9 Get 2 Free Packages have an expiry of 24 months/2 years, which means that in theory you could visit every 8- 9 weeks on average, if you wanted to (note – we would NOT recommend this for waxing treatments as your wax will hurt more, take longer and give less good results in terms of how long you stay smooth for, inbetween waxes!). But it is possible to do so. This means that even treatments with a longer treatment interval (e.g. Brow Lamination and Lash Lift) can be purchased as a package for fantastic cost savings.

Buy 6 Get 1 Free Packages have an expiry of 12 months/1 year, meaning that you can also stretch your treatments out on these to a 7 – 8 week treatment interval if you so wish (again – NOT recommended for waxing!).

With Wax Virgin, you do have to commit to visiting every 4 – 5 weeks, due to the fact that the nature of the Programme is to get you the very best results from waxing, which will only ever be achieved with a regular treatment routine.

Can I sign up to a Package or Wax Virgin but still pay for my treatments as and when I can, as opposed to having the money debited from my account each month?

No – unless you pay for your package in a single instalment upfront (which will get you by far the best cost savings), monthly payments will be collected from your account on the same day each month for a fixed period of time (which you will be clearly informed about – and will sign to agree – upon purchase of your package or Wax Virgin).

Each payment then gives you a credit to use when you come in for your next appointment. Your credits will sit on your account each month ready for you to use, in line with the expiry times of the different options, as listed above.
